The airplane will be an all wood kit. It will be of 2x2 format. The YS 1.40DZ or L ro OS1.40 or 1.60 series or the Webra 1.45 (I know nothing about that motor so I cannot endorse it) will all be in the right power bracket. 10-11 pounds is the goal weight. It will sport a thick airfoil for real 3D flying along with a fuselage with massive side area that will have good resemblance to it's scale counterpart.

Perhaps if the kit generate enough interest it may be offered (down the raod) in a Kevlar, foam/balsa format. Plug in wings shall be standard either way.
