Default Time for a new Funtana Thread.

span is 2 meters, length is 2 meters, don't remember the area and too lazy to go out in the shop and measure ,..somewhere in the 1200~1300 range I think.
as to the weight, yes, we have 4 lbs of battery in them,.. however, we only have 12 ounces of motor whereas the saito 180 is 31 ounces, plus you'll have a pound of fuel, a few ounces for muffler, couple ounces for a fuel tank, another ounce for fuel tubing...etc. Yes, glow would be lighter, but not the 4 lbs it sounds like, more like 1 and a half or so. i just got another U-BEC so I'll be removing 1/2 lb of reciever battery,.. so the weight difference will be even less. with glow, power might be a bit better , but not as great as you'd think. The much larger props we use with the gearing on an electric end up giving you much greater thrust for a given amount of power. our funtana's are 11.6 lbs and the electric systems with the props we were flying there make 18 lbs of thrust .
