Well I tried your solution today and no go for me. I even tried setting it down to 1 and 0 and lots of tries in between and still when I do Throttle Cut I get a faster idle not throttle kill. Back to the drawing board. Futaba need me to send you my configuration file? What info can I give you to try to solve this problem?
