Hmm....I've GOT to try Todd's way!
I have used the following on several airplanes, but it does use up the P-Mixes...

P-1= Flap > Elev: 0/-10%; Link Off; Offset= -100 Switch B= Null
P-2= Offset > Flap; 0/+100; Linl= On Switch C= Down
P-3= Offset > Flap; 0/ +100; Link = On; Switch C= Down
P-4= Offset > Flap; 0/ +80; Link= On; Switch C = Center
Airbrake= Manual= Switch C. Flap = 50%

The % are adjusted to give you what you need
