Default Sig Cap 231ex control throws?

Hello, I don't have a manual and am setting the plane up now for my first flights on it. Can anyone tell me what the recomended throws are (low rates) and, if different, what you would set them at for the first flights? Currently I have 1.25" of elevator, 3" of rudder and ailerons aren't connected yet.

Also, what does the manual say for the fore-aft CG and what are your recomendations? I'm trying to shoot for 4-1/2" on first flight, does that seem right? Also, where are you measuring this from? I'm coming back from the leading edge at the sides of the fuselage, and of course measuring with plane upside down. Low-wings get measure this way with high-wings get measured right-side up. Is this correct? Thanks for the info, once this 'storm' (Hurricane Isidore) goes away I should be able to test fly it next weekend.
