Runningman You have a point it might be the clunk i have not checked that.

browng300 The hole is open to the hole on the carb. How do you mean to check to see if its doing what it is suppose too?

Do you guys think a velocity stack will make any difference? I made one last night but i have not tried it. What about the vent on the pump of the carb, do you think that could be the problem? The vent is facing the prop thats how it was facing off the weedeater. If its not one of these things that you guys says it is it must be the ignition. Thats the only other thing i can think of. I going to check tank. O yes how do you know if a coil is going bad? The motor runs great up to a little past half throttle. Thanks for all the help guys i will keep at it until i get it.
