The casting body of the regulator was on backwards. I wonder how that could happen!?!?!? Thank you for your input. Saved me sending the engine back to you. Engine runs fine now. Ran it about 20 more minutes today. Starting to idle better. Consistant at about 2500 RPM. Hopefully as it breaks in a little more it will settle down even more. Running very good on top end. I'm getting about 9600 RPM with APC 16x6. Wasn't pushing it too hard yet or leaning it down yet because she's still new.
