The ailerons are HUGE, like all of the other control surfaces on this plane. He was experimenting with spades like on full scale planes, but the last time I saw it, they were off (Do you call them spades Doug? I have heard people call them shovels.). It has to be seen in real life to be enjoyed to the fullest. He has so much stuff on this airplane that he only wanted 1 reciever. He has like 4 batteries, 4 regulators, 4 matchboxs, the 17 servos, and all that is routed to the rx.

He said it is the best plane, hands down that he has flown.
Shovels or Spades.. either way is correct. I'm bringing a 10X to the TOC with me for sure.. Maybe I can talk Quique into letting me fly it after the event is over with.. :-)

40 pounds isn't really all that heavy actually. Most of the '36 pound' TOC airplanes are turning out to be more like 39 - 42 pounds when you put them on a good scale. Hehe. Also.. at 2800 square inches of wing area.. the loading is very light and the airplane should be very nice to fly.
