There should be a query when changing something from single to group to ask which setting you want to use.

Suppose I have a heli with 4 flight modes. Everything is currently grouped, and I break one item out to a single mode to test something out. When I set that item back to group mode it will change my 3 other flight modes to match the single mode. It should instead ask if I want to copy the current settings to the group or revert this one to the group setting.
