Yo Mat , go with the K1 but make sure the pump or tank says K1. They sell a heating grade kero at some service stations, you can tell it's not K1 because it has dye in it. It's dark ,not clear like K1. It also has a higher sulfer content. I bought 5 gal. of it and gave it away when I realized my mistake. Doug
