Wayne, I'm curious exactly where you put that fuel dot in the cowl. The way I see it there is 3 options.
At the top, and then you need to have a hole in the top of the engine box as well, for the fuel line to pass
In the side of the cowl, then you need a hole in the side of the engine box.
in the lower part of the cowl, and run the fuel line through the opening in the bottom of the engine box. (this is lower than the tank and you will always spill fuel do to fact that it will siphon. until you put the stopper dot in the line.
