Can't remember what brand the main gear is, but its your typical fiberglass gear purchased at the local hobby shop. I also had to upgrade the wheels to 2 1/2" for clearance, it could use a taller gear. So far the OS 91FX has out preformed the TH 75 but not by much and only if and when the TH 75 was running at its best which was not often. For a year I flew this plane as a trike plane and was starting to bore me to the point that I almost sold it. I have to say that by converting it over to a tail dragger really made the difference I only which I had done it sooner
