if you like putting work into your cars, go with a used car. i love building and taking apart so i buy used, take it apart, replace anything that looks worn or stripped. i'll always end up putting in a brand new motor, and gears, and most often than not i'll reassemble the transmission and replace whatever i have to. dont forget to rebuild and match your shocks. you'll end up with a better than new truck on a budget.
