Now Berk, Why would you NOT use the IH hinges..... properly applied they wil never come out and you get zero gap! I agree with Baron, even though they are big enough to give you power, a gap creates unpredictable diffs in flight, slow or fast. I reckon you should fly unsealed, then seal, then report. But be prepared fora different machine on the second flight.
I must say Berk though I like the scheme.... still got somat missin though
