To load a photo:

click on the 'Click here to upload' thats below
Box will open and you'll see 4 Browse buttons
Click on one to open up your pictures you have loaded in your computer
Then click once on your pic you want to highlight in blue
Then click your open button that you should see (this attaches it)
then repeat if more than 1 photo and then click the ok in the same box when done

It sounds harder than it is. This is how I do it on Windows XP.
