Default RE: U-Can-Do 3d 46?

RUNOVER......HA!!!! I wish it were painted like the duke-o-hazzard car! At the moment it is already kinda hard getting into it thru the doors opened. I wish I could put my UCD 46 in the nova. As a matter of fact, I know I can, I fit my alpha trainer 40 in it and drove to the feild once. The wing was hanging out the back window a little but it rode pretty well....BUT....the UCD is a different story. I have waaaaayyy too much $$$$ in this one to scratch and dent it up. I don't want to take any chances on tearing this one up when it could have been avoided. OH and the polish I am talking about is called "Never-Dull".....you may be able to find it in the auto section at your local wally-world....(wal-mart). I took one of those little cloth pads that come in those kits you can buy for your dremel tool. Put it on the required bit and took the entire wad of cloth out of the never-dull, and soaked the dremel cloth thingy in the extra juice that came with the never-dull polish. I had to put the dremel cloth in the middle of the never dull and kinda squeese it to get the dremel tip soaked good. I tell you what, it's kinda messy, but it works great! Be sure your surface is prepaired with at least 1500 grit sandpaper or it won't turn out like a mirror.

Fred Dings, II.........Thanks for the comment!!!!!! Thats what most people say when they see it. I am in the central Texas area. AKA...."THE HILL COUNTRY" We have the largest amount of granite known on the planet. We like to go four wheelin' on the weekends and see who has the baddest truck. I never get too serious with my nova because Again....I have WAAAAAAYYY to much $$$ and time in this car to mess it up. The differential cover is what everyone comments on first. That is the "TEXAS" style I desire to show off. I'm from Texas, live here and prolly gonna die here too. So hey....why not show it off while I'm here?

gjeffers.....I have plans to sell my other Nova (2 wheel drive) and take that money and use it on a set of 40"x 18.5"x15" mickey thompson "Truxxus" tires and about another 6 to 10 inches of lift. Thats what I really want to do. Man I wish I could drive out to CA. If I could I would but this thing likes to drink! Thanks to a 454 Big Block Chevy, and 4:56 gears, it gets about 5 to 8 miles a gallon. I would prolly spend most of my "play/ hobby" money trying to get over there. HA HA HA!!!!
Thanks for the comment! Wish I could put a UCD 60 in the trunk of the nova.[] Mine has a set of 33x12.50 BFG mud terrains, lockers on the front and rear with 4;56 gears. That 454 is just awsome in a little bitty 4x4! Looking forward to your pics!

predator500....I hope you get your fuel problem fixed. Unfortunately I had no problems with my saito 72 powered UCD 46 and it is inverted. I don't know why you are having problems. You got the fuel lines hooked up right? I'm sure you prolly do. Just throwing out possibillities. Best of luck to ya!
