Thanks for the reply Alex. I like the way you set up your exhaust.....it looks great and you didn't have to carve out an extra hole in the cowl. My exhaust comes out on the bottom right of the cowl. I had to carve a small hole toward the firewall but it looks good.

Does anyone know if I will damage my cowl and the exterior finish if the exhaust header is making contact inside the cowl? I tried again today to make adjustments but had no luck getting any separation between cowl and exhaust.[]
