Thanks Brat - that really does clear things up for all of us I think. Now my only question is: How do you adjust the height on the arm? It appears to be threaded, but when I spin it, the plastic thingiemerbob doesn't move up or down. I've also not been able to press it down with pressure from a screwdriver (assuming it could just be a ribbed surface, not really threaded).
