OK I see the concept but think about this. The reed is coming .015" off the seat just because the reed is moving backwards as it closes doesn't mean all the air charge is too. The charge is still moving forward as the reed is closing. I just don't see there being a pulse going backwards or at least anything that would still make it past the carb and around to the other side.
