MrChubs1- let's make sure you are talking about the nylon fitting threaded onto the upright portion of the aileron torque rod, correct?

If you can't turn one and have it go DOWN, can you turn the other and have it go UP to match the other? As long as we can get them to match, THEN we will worry about the amount of throw.
