Thanks guys! Yes, I am talking about the nylon end on the torque rod. Unfortunately the other one is right at the top of the rod, but still has plenty of throw.

I guess it could be stripped. I'll try forcing it down the rod and if that works, just gluing it in place, at least for now. I can always get a new nylon piece later.
