nice track screpheap. my track is on an army post, and we dug it all out with shovels and steel rakes. it was a backbreakind endeavor. i was supposed to have a $1000 budget, and the track was supposed to be for MWR, but about 2 months passed and no work had been done, so i just did it myself.

I'm with you on the labor factor, definately more sweat than $$$ involved.(kinda like laying pipe when I was young and single)
We have maybe $200 invested in materials,and prolly $1000 in beer, but we recycle the beer cans to help defer the rising cost of nitro.
The neighbors havent complained much, as a matter of fact the closest neighbor cant speak a word of english, so he walks over and leans on the fence and shakes his head a lot
