Have you got any extra weight in it that you have used to balance? If so remove it and use batteries, servos, receivers etc to achieve the desired balance point. If you are running dual Rx batteries and switches, you can go back to one!! Maybe a lighter muffler? You could also take off the wheel pants and use lighter wheels. Removing the pilot figure also will save a few Oz. Thats about all I can think of right now..... Just have a look over the plane and anything that doesn't need to be there remove it..
