Guys, these are kids they don't know if they will like it until they try. They would probably fly more aften if their parents would bring them to the field. At this young age girls, cars and life gets in the way. They return to our great hobby when they get about 30 years old, so you still make a contribution. If being an instructor has got to be a job maybe is time to pass the sticks to someone else who will enjoy seeing them advance thru the stages.
