Default RE: INSTRUCTORS : Speak Up !

I learned to fly about a year ago. Im 16 now. While learning I was out every Saturday. After soloing I played with the trainer then finnaly moved up to a Super Sportster. On the first flight my engine dead sticked, and this plane comes in hot when it dies, because Ive heard it around the net and personal experience. I finnaly got it down on the pavement and pushed hard left rudder swung the plane around and finnaly rolled the plane into some rocks. The wheel pants got messed up and an easy fix. But it was a bit tramatic for my maiden flight of the plane. So after that I took a break, a very ver very long break, mostly due to grades and my dad driving me 1 hour to the field. So I guess I would be the stereo typical new flyer but I'm getting back into it mostly due to I have my own vehicle and drivers license.

When it comes to instructors I was taught by one of the best. Reason being was the extensive training he gave me to be a good pilot. Working on little techniques. Are club has a test that you have to pass in order to fly. Dead sticks etc etc. This greatly helps and insures when a new flyer is released he is a highly qualified flyer when it comes to a new flyer. After I soloed I gave my instructor and BIG thanks and a gallon of fuel in appreciation. Your not suppose to but who's going to enforce that rule. I have much respect for any instructor out there willing to dedicate there time.
