Hi
Ive sorted my fuel tank issue out but i was wondering if anyone could give me advice on an engine i have, it is a MDS 48 which i believe is a 2 stroke is this engine still suitable for a Trainer 40 ?

And i have noticed on it that the plug from the carburettor to the tank is positioned so that the piping touches the engine block. Is there a risk of this piping melting and if so what are the possible consequences
