Default RE: CA Glue Mishaps

This is not a mishap that happened to me, but it was an act of valdalism that backfired. We had a rash of broken (frozen door locks in our apartment complex. This continued for several month with something like 45 door locks being frozen, unable to be unlocked. There was a case where the same person had to replace their door lock 7 times. As it turns out an older teen in the complex was going around pouring Medium CA and Kicker into door locks and dead bolts. Locking up the locks usually when locked. This means calling a locksmith to remove the lock, usually by cutting it apart. The cops were not having any luck catching the person responsible. Well after 5 months of this you can imagine how many people in the complex were really mad. Well the kid ended up getting his just deserts. On day while glueing up some 11 locks, he got enough on his hand that when he leaned on a door with his hand it set up. evidently, he had alot on his hand and could not get away. When someone heard him screaming for help, and saw what was going on, the cops were called. I guess they finally got their guy red handed....
