We use the contruction fence material as well but we use plastic pipe for the frame. The fenceing we use is not 4' high but only about 3'. It is easy to move around and has lasted us several years now. Ours is always in place and pilots must stand behind the barrier when flying. Below is a pic with the barriers in the background.
