http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXHCL0&P=7 would this be to much to handle?

i really want something that can hit 20. since its electric i can tone the throttle down and fly it towards its minimum speed for a while right?
Compared to the Slow Stick, it will be more complicated, take longer to assemble, has more parts to break, and when you are explaining how the controls work, the servos are hidden inside so nobody can see how they work. You've got a deadline and several people have endorsed the Slow Stick as a good choice. You will be able to get a faster plane later. Perhaps it's time to make a decision?
