Ok Walt, here ya go:
1. Code 17 - INH AUX2
2. Code 51,52,53,54 or 55 - Mix Gear>Aux2 and hit ENTER
3. Hit PAGE twice and SELect ORIG for MASTER, hit PAGE
4. Now just use the + and - keys to adjust your settings for both switch positions. Don't worry about OFFSET.
NOTE: USE positive numbers for both switch positions. If it isn't in the direction you'd like then just TURN both switch positions to negative numbers.

I did the above program and with the +/- keys I am able to get it to come on or off but not selectable with the gear switch. The screen shows the switching position highlight but Im unable to get one side on and one side off. I have missed something..
