BARCS is an afternoon field. If you get there before 10, you will be staring directly at the sun. For Sportsman and Intermediate class which has less high altitude maneuvers is OK, but for Advanced and up, it will be a lot better after 11:30, 12 noon. Besides, as a courtesy to our neighbour, we don't start flying until after 8.

I usually get there by 1 and stay till 7. If anyone wants to get there earlier, contact me off list.
