Both the carrier and the glider are mine...!
But you ARE close to being on target. On the very first lift, the wooden cradle which is a commercially available product, broke along one of the wood veins. The glider attachment points did not snap off because the alignement had been broken and BOTH planes dove straight into the ground ( lawn dart ! ) in a very deadly embrace.
Not deterred by the event I started again but this time I fiberglassed the whole carrier tray.
I have probably done 300+ flights to date without a single mishap.
I also apply the "standard" understanding that exists between long time R/C flyers.
If I OFFER to take up a glider, the responsibility remains MINE
If I am ASKED to be taken up, I am not responsible should something go wrong.
