If that is the Great Planes Lil Toni, I think the plans give a pretty good synopsis of what you need with the O.S.

I had to do some cutting on mine with a Dubb Jett .90 with two 1/2"extensions for the muffler. So far so good.
The elevator has 1 Hitec 635 and the rudder/TW has an older 605. The 425s will do OK for the ailerons and the fut. will work on the throttle.

It's a fun plane, however I think it is for rather experienced pilots. Your questions make me wonder.[]
