I took all your suggestions and did the following....

Removed Perry Pump.
Replaces all Fuel Lines
Removed and cleaned carb and remote needle valve.
Reset low end needle
Switched to 5% Nitro and 16% oil content

Result.... The thing runs great. Thanks.
