Stab 0 Deg, Wing +0.25 deg, Downthrust 0 Deg, Engine side thrust 3.5 Deg ( YS 140lm - APC 15x12 - Wildcat 3DLV 30% Nitro, Hattori #693 Pipe, that's my setup and it works just fine! Not sure what right thrust you will need for the Hacker though.
