The top of the aileron is sheeted at this stage and trimmed and sanded.

1: Aileron bell crank installed between W8 and W9

Hinge support blocks (W27) are glued between W11 and 12 and between W8 and 9

2: Trailing edge of the wing is covered with W25 and the part of the wing adjacent to the aileron is covered with 3/32 scrap balsa.

Voila!! Aileron assembly is complete.
Oops. Repeat for the other side
