I am sorry to hear about your problems. I had a few myself as well but give CEN a chance to fix it. You got to make some phone calls and make sure you get the name of the person you talked to. Not so much as to get somebody in trouble but to have a contact person there. Once you get that, you will get some great service. Be patient, I know it will be hard to do since you spent $600 bucks. But think of it as have a custom built car and the builder has tons of people lining up to bug them. It does not make the wait any easier to deal with but at least it put me in their shoes. Once you get it set up right the pain you are going through will be a distant memory. That is the way it was for me. Hang in there and let them get to you it will be worth the wait.
