You must be lucky enough to fly in a golf dome or larger area. That extra looks pretty, but I don't think any full bodied EPP plane can compete with a 3MM depron plane for indoors. They're always going to be faster and heavier, and limit what you can do in small spaces. In general -- the prettier they look, the worse they fly.

Check out the mods that Shockflyer Kidd made to his shocky with fishing line to eliminate the tail twist. The pics posted to in that thread (I think it was called "Shockflyer Acc") show cross bracing the tail. It's very similar to how Scott Foster did his "animal" for the ETOC, but I think Kevin thought of it first.

The new shockies don't have the balsa tri stock, which helped the tail twist some. Without that, you do need something for cross bracing.
