Default RE: Scottish Freestyle Champs

Well spotted Sprink. Have amended it.

No 3: its 1/2 of a rolling circle, i.e. 180 degrees. The first 120 degrees of that is one roll done to the outside. The last 60 degrees is 1/2 a roll done to the inside. Hence 1/2 of a 3 roll rolling circle, rolls opposite.

I’ve gone for a kind of TOC style for the format combining schedules and freestyle. It’s actually got a lot more freestyle than the TOC (free counted for about 20% there, here it's 50%). I'm aiming to attract both F3A pilots and out and out 3Ders.

Also, good comment about mixing the rounds up and it's what I was thinking. Basically it would be something like this:

Day 1:

Round 1) Known
Round 2) 1st Free

On the lunch break the pilots make up the Unknown sequence 1 which they then fly after lunch (round 3).

Day 2:

Round 4) 2nd Free
Round 5) 3rd Free

Lunch break make up 2nd Unknown

Round 6) Unknown 2

It may sound a bit ambitious to some but if you were to ask me what would be the perfect event combining pattern and freestyle this would be it so this is what im aiming for.

Also, I know a news reporter who did a short film about me 2 years ago and I think there may be a chance he would be willing to cover the event and televise it. Food for thought anyway.

Cheers,
Angus
