hey guys,


i have been working on an old 25cc ryobi wipper snipper to get it for use on a plane. im mostly done apart fro the two ratchet holds on the flywheel. they hold the pull start disc and i'd like to remove them. are they bolts? they have a flat, smooth head that is very hard to grip with vice grips and i can't figure out how to get them off. i'd like to remove them so i could bolt something onto them.

anyone know what im talking about?


i borrowed these pics off another thread from "particleman"(i hope you don't mind, and if you do please tell me) they are placed in the same position as the bolt holes in these two fly wheels. so i presume they are removable somehow.
