The 85" version may be an alternative. I've been moving toward the 50cc class as practice alternative to larger glow planes instead of getting out the 35 or 40% models. The reason is they don't cost a much to fly as the large glow planes. Engines in the 50 cc range cost about the same (sometimes less) as a YS 140 etc. BME, DA and 3W all offer good options and the BME 50 I'm currently running is not much heavier than a large glow engine. The performance is better with the slightly larger size. Fuel costs and ease of maintenance help also. CA (Columbo Anderson) offer some nice models in this size also
