In any case I bet Lee knows where Frank is. Now what about that thing about a DVP supposedly being a bona fide resident of his district? ACTUALLY the Bylaws IX-4 only require bona fide residency during the nomination, candidacy and election. After taking office I suppose they are free to head for Kyrgyzstan if they so wish. For certain there is no one that will contest such move.
