It s bad enough when modelers vent frustration with legitimate businesses in this potentialy very destructive public enviroment, but the little guy has little recourse of action. And I can relate sometimes.

However I think it is really unproffesional when two legitimate business use this media. There is always two sides to every story and a business has much more recourses at their disposal to rectify the situtation.
