Default 140dz compression problem

Hi David, I have a 140dz, today I was at the field and the plane was flying great all afternoon however my rpm were lower then I usually fly I think due to a diffrent potch prop my 18-6 bolly gives me about 8900rpm but it was recomended that I trie an 18-8 and I got about 7900rpm with the zinger 18-8. I am still trying to find the right prop to put me in the 8000-8500 rpm range I thin my next prop choice will be a 19-6. Anyway on my last flight I landed and taxied the plane over to me I then gave the engine a little burst of throttle to turn the plan around and My prop came off and I killed engine. I didn't think much of it and put the prop back on and then relized I had almost no compression. Well I called it a day and went home. I can see nothing wrong with the engine except for the fact that it has very little compressions hot or cold. The engine was deffenetly not running lean and I was using cp 30%. I would love to know what happened. Anyway I am sure I am going to need to send this engine in to get repaired where should I be sending this engine and what is turn around time and how do I handle payment for repair cost. Any ideas to what the problem might be? I have a fly in comming up on the 14th any chance I may be able to get the engine back in time.

Best,
Rob
