A dude on either this forum or rctech did a few mods to his .26 FS and was achieving 1.0hp and reached 28,000 RPM. Sounds fine to me!
Looking at the engine, it s h i t s me that O.S. are still using the old plane 4 stroke engine design. The carb is in a bad place, and it will most likely still suffer cooling issues like it's predecessors...

Ok so I got mixed up with the specs, but if you read into the thread a bit you will find that his dyno reads very low and that the highest power figures he has pulled from a .12 is .78 hp...
Comparing this to the O.S. FS engine shows some very impressive power outputs...
