Default RE: U-Can-Do 3d 46?

WOW this place is getting busy!!!!

Barry, alright my man, you will absolutly love it,its not as overpowered as everyone thinks but it will do anything you wantand yes i do like the 46 better once i got used to the more active movements, and i did use the 60 size mount from my ucd(new one) i mounted it as far back as possible, the carb screw is almost touching the lower left mount screw, check it before you do your final drill so they dont touch.also i raised my thrustline a little(look at pic below) and it worked great . i did it to relieve fuel flooding probs and it worked totally, no flooding at all!will sit there all day full and no flooding. flight time with 8oz is 9 min with plenty of fuel left,11oz(i should get mine fri when my son arrives here with it )should be a good 12 min because of low rpms needed most of the time,(my fuel consumption is less with this plane by a lot).i have a load of sailboat fuel under the canopy and you will love the 15x6maybe you cluld get up on a soapbox Barry, that might help you see.

Tom, a chrome ucd[8D] i agree about the trainer idea but Ron is right, i cant imagine flying this plane and landing it when i taught myself, would have been ugly.my h9 alpha was pretty tough.

sctcrash, here is some dumb thumbs also
