I like the Sullivan as well as anybody and I have several on planes. But on this plane, I used the following bracket. I made up a new wire that the top went up about an inch above the bottom of the rudder. I had a 90 degree bend in the wire at that point which I epoxied into a hole at the hinge line of the rudder. I accomplished this after the plane was built. This one is the 60 size but there are also 40 and 1/4 scale sizes.
