Britton, One thing you can do to keep weight off is to omitt the blocks that the cowl screws go into. Just mount the cowl in the normal location and drill into the side of the firewall area. You can see from the picture that you'll end up drilling into the corner blocks that are behind the firewall. ( this idea is thanks to Kokamo) Also, I used a Hitec Hs 85BB servo for the throttle. It's about 1/2 the calories of a regular servo. If you get a line to some aluminum axles I like to know. That sounds like a good idea.
