I have two Arresti IIIs. First is right at 11 lbs (5kg) without fuel. Second is about 10.8 lbs. Both have a carbon fiber wing tube, landing gear, wheel pants, light spinner, etc. to get to these weights. I'd think it would be very difficult to get one below 5 kg with an electric setup to include batteries.
