I have some old engines I want to fire up and see how they are doing, but the new neighborhood I'm in, if I were to do this in my garage..... Well they wouldn't "appreciate" it
Do your neighbors mow their lawns, run leaf blowers, let their dogs bark all hours of the day, saw wood for their new fence?
Fire them babies up. (Might be you'll spark some interest in the hobby rather than piss someone off
) It's not likely to be a daily thing. You might ask if there's a particular time of day to avoid (like for shift workers).
